Transfers from Dublin, Knock and Shannon airports are available on Wedensdays and Saturdays at €55 per person return. Transfers on other days are available by special arrangement.

1. BOOKING: - Bookings must be on official Booking Form accompanied by a deposit of one third of the total hire fee due.
2. FEE AND DEPOSITS - The balance of the fees due must be paid before the cruiser is handed over, plus a refundable security deposit or waiver as shown on the tariff The former will be refunded when the cruiser is returned on time, undamaged and with all its equipment intact. Cheques must be covered by a current banker's card unless there is sufficient time for bank clearance. Where the Waiver option is selected a fuel deposit will be requested.
3. CANCELLATIONS - The Hirer is responsible for the full fee whether or not he avails of the cruiser booked.
4. TAKING OVER AND RETURNING CRUISERS All cruisers are handed over with a full inventory and full fuel tank after 4.pm on the day the Hire commences. They must be returned not later than 9.am on the day the hire period terminates and will be refuelled at the hirers expense.
5. INSURANCE - Except for the amount of the security deposit all cruisers are insured to carry a maximum of one person per berth. Overloading will void the insurance cover and the hirer will become personally liable in the event of an accident. Overloading will automatically cause the hiring to be terminated and in this event hire fees will not be refunded, and the total security deposit will be forfeited.
6. BROCHURES - Descriptions are generally accurate but plans and sketches are not to scale.
7. LIMITS - Cruisers may be taken anywhere with the following limits.
   THE SHANNON, South, Killaloe Bridge, North, Battlebridge for Bernadette Class,Lough Allen for all other boats, West, Lough Key (Near Boyle)
   THE ERNE, Belleek and Belturbet.
   GRAND CANAL AND BARROW, East, 12th lock Lucan, South, Carlow Town.
   SHANNON ERNE LINK, Off limits to Bernadette and Caitriona due to low bridges.
   AFTER DARK, No cruising after dark
   LAKES, Loughs Allen, Ree and Derg, Off limits during bad weather and poor visibility.
8. TRIAL RUNS - All hirers will be taken for a trial run before a cruiser is finally handed over. If a hirer is not capable of taking charge of the cruiser, the booking may be cancelled. Alternatively further limits than those outlined above may be imposed. No refund will be made. This trial run will also be taken as proof that the cruiser is in good order.
9. HIRERS PROPERTY - Entirely at the Owners risk, Insurance is presumed to have been provided by the Owners.
10. REPAIRS - May not be commissioned without the Company's Authority.
11. NON AVAILABILITY OF CRAFT - If for any reason the cruiser reserved is not available, the Company may substitute another cruiser or cancel the booking without previous notice. If a cancellation is found necessary, the deposit will be returned but the Company will not be liable for any other claim by the Hirer.
12. CLEANING - All cruisers are handed over in a clean and tidy state. If they are not returned in a similar state, a cleaning charge of £25.00 will be made.
13. ACCIDENTS AND BREAKDOWNS - Must be reported immediately and in the case of the former, names of witnesses etc. must be taken, Every assistance will be given to the hirer but if it is found that the mishap has been caused by the negligence of the hirer, a charge will be made for the services rendered. In the case of damage, the hirer will be held responsible. No responsibility whatsoever is accepted for delay due to breakdowns, whatever the cause.
14. CAPTAIN'S CHECK LIST - At the end of the trial run the hirer will be required to sign the Captain's Check List. If the hirer or any of the party are not satisfied, with the trial run or the Cruiser then the Hirer should not sign and should contact the Office or telephone 72892 if the office is closed. Signing implies that: The Cruiser was handed over in a clean and tidy state
    The instruction was adequate
    The cruiser is in a satisfactory mechanical state with full fuel tanks
    The Inventory has been checked and found satisfactory
