We had some issues with the cleanliness of the boat as it was filthy outside, broken stem of a wine class and an old hairbrush left under the seat. Also the water tank was empty and we believe the Waste Water was not emptied either. I let them know when we returned.

I would like to say we had a fantastic time on holiday on the Shannon. It was probably the best holiday we have ever had. The staff were genuinely helpful and pleasant and the boat and linen were clean and fresh. We will be using Shannon River Boat Hire again next year. Thanks for a truly great service.

We had a lovely time on the Shannon, it was so relaxing and wonderful to see the Irish countryside from a different perspective. Carrick Craft were incredibly friendly and efficient even though we picked up our boat on the busiest day so far this year we were all sorted and cruising to Leitrim within an hour!! The boat was spotless and had everything we needed!!
