Everything went according to plan.
Everything went according to plan. A terrible downpour on friday as we began but it only lasted 10 minutes. The evening cleared up really well.
We actually had fantastic weather on Saturday. Sun cream required. We had a ball in Banagher on Friday night and Athlone on saturday night.

We had a great time and would do again. Only gripes if I had any would be where to get rid of rubbish in one or two places though an amazing lady in a shop in killaloe took ours so maybe knowing where the bins are would be good eg. mount shannon. I also mentioned to the cruiser company that the water hose on the boat was about 10-15 feet short. Only very minor things so.

We had a lovely time on the river although, with hindsight, I would have probably only booked for 5-nights for a first time.
