We enjoyed going through the locks and found the river and Lough Erne to be very quiet with few other boats doing the same route as ourselves. We had a lovely time on the Shannon, it was so relaxing and wonderful to see the Irish countryside from a different perspective. Carrick Craft were incredibly friendly and efficient even though we picked up our boat on the busiest day so far this year we were all sorted and cruising to Leitrim within an hour!! The boat was spotless and had everything we needed!!
