Trip was amazing boat was good apart from engine cover kept collapsing and we kept tripping on it the little outboard motor broke down thankfully we were able to get a tow we caught a massive fish got chased by a goat by all means a successful trip thanks

Our boating from Carrick craft was splendid. Staff at the yard were delightful and very helpful. We went south to Tarmonbarry and north to Loch Key through splendid scenery. We had a lovely time, mainly on Lough Derg. The team at CarrickCraft were very helpful and efficient. My Kindle slipped down the back of the seats in the saloon and one of the engineers was kind enough to dismantle the seat to retrieve it when we returned to Banagher.

WE RECOMMEND strongly to float on the so beautiful Shannon
On lough Ree we had a 4 till 5 windy Beaufort, and we did not know anymore or it was of the good Irish Guinness or by the waves, but pictures showed us afterwards perfectly that it was… the very strong Irish wind, blowing (y)our boat very perfectly on it’s side…(!). Water came in…. .

Had a lovely holiday on the Shannon
We are home safe and sound having had a lovely holiday on the Shannon despite the inclement weather. We were very impressed with the boat and your service. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only problem we had was getting the heating to work - we were unable. We could have rung base for help but any night we tried to get it going, it was after 7p.m....
