We had a most enjoyable holiday although I was very disappointed that there was no DVD player on board our boat because the booking confirmation stated that there would be one. When I raised this issue with the office on Day 2 of our holiday I was simply told that our boat did not have one because not all Elegance boats have them ! Everyone enjoyed it a lot
We had a great time - everyone enjoyed it alot. The countryside, the locks, the nice jetties. We went as far as Glasson. Carrick Craft were helpful and easy going. The boat although a little dated was clean and well maintained.
So all in all a great experience which we can highly recommend (and have been doing)

It was a pleasure Brian. Carrickcraft were great although I have not heard back the final cost for the fuel. We had a great trip up to Lough Ree and then all the way back to Lough Derg with the usual pitstops.
