We had a great time on the house boat! The whole family enjoyed the few days on the lakes and rivers of Ireland a lot.

We had a great trip with fair or even superb weather! The flooded fields made for an spectacular impression, only the navigation with the strong current in Athlone Marina gave us an headache. Luckily, without loosing money from our damage deposit... We also had to see a mdical centre there, but the MD was very accommodating and helpful -- likewise a positive experience.
